Cold / Wood Pressed Oil Processing Method:
Cold Press / Wood Press method to produce oil, using traditional contraptions called ‘Ghani’. Ghani or Chekku which have an incline cylindrical chamber made from wood, have a wooden pestle in the centre rotates slowly, in which crushes seeds until the oil is released through the base outlet.
